Your thinking that you want to stop smoking but not totally sure about it? Let me point out some things that hopefully will convince you to take that step towards a healthier you. There are to many to name so I tell you about a few of them that will give you the push you need to quit.

First I will tell you about the health reasons to help you make the right decision to quit smoking. There is the risk of developing several different types of cancer, to name a few there is, lung cancer, throat cancer, cervix cancer, bladder and kidney cancer, and stomach. Now remember that is just some of the cancers it causes. Another health condition is chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

There is chronic bronchitis and emphysema also that usually effects you later in life but has been seen in people as young as 40 years old. The symptoms of these only get worse with smoking still not better. Impotence in men can be from smoking because of blood vessel disease that is caused by smoking.

I don’t think there is any man out there that wants that to happen to them! Strokes can happen because smoking affects walls of vessels that bring the blood to the brain. The blood vessels that bring the blood to the arm and leg muscles can narrow causing peripheral vascular disease. These are only to name a few health related reasons to kick the habit. I hope this helped you to make a choice to QUIT!
